In Short
Downtowners and suburbanites alike spruce up from head to toe at this luxury, all-purpose salon and spa, which is part of the international Aveda spa network. Haircuts, reflexology manicures, indigenous stone pedicures, hydrotherm massages, sinus cleaning and salt elixirs are a just a few of the extensive services offered. Most services are unisex; guys can also get pampered with a men's grooming facial, and back and shoulder waxing.

I recently moved to Milwaukee and had been asking around for recommendations about where to get my hair done. I'm sort of picky, so I asked a LOT of people their opinions. I kept hearing about Neroli over and over. When I asked where they were located I was happy to hear they had a location at Bayshore and the Third Ward! When I walked in I was promptly greeted with a smile and hot tea. The girls at the front desk were really helpful, and were happy to answer all my questions. They treat you really well when you are there. And my guess as to why they refer to you as a "guest", is because they treat you like you were a guest in their home. You get an awesome shoulder massage and then scalp massage with your shampoo! My hair turned out fantastic and I've already booked my next couple appointments. I recommend Neroli to everyone who asks, and after visiting both of the locations closest to me, I understand why so many people told me to go there!

Pros: Staff is friendly and talented

Cons: parking can be difficult

The first time I walked into the 3rd ward location,I was unsure on how to feel, everyone was in black and extremely attractive. But, they are sooo nice and sweet. Neroli does have a call center, so you are not calling the front desk directly, but if go enough you get to know the people that work in the call center and they get to know you and they will do everything they can to get you in. One time when my stylist was booked, I asked them if there was anything they could do, they said they would get back to me and they got me in! The owner was in the salon one day and she seemed very interested in talking to the people that were getting their hair done, very approacable. I am getting married next year and cant wait to have them do my hair! They will even arrange limo's and food for you!

Pros: You leave feeling pampered everytime.
