STAY AWAY!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is the worst property "management" company I have every dealt with. When I initially moved in, everything was fine; the price was right, I had a spacious apartment, things were quiet. Then they decided to lease to Crazy downstairs. For a few months, things were normal. Then all of a sudden, her two loud children showed up and were living there? Then out of nowhere, she comes banging on my door accusing me of calling the cops on her, which I most certainly did not. She is cussing at me, so I closed the door, which led her to stand on the front lawn and cuss at me - ghetto style. She then calls the cops on ME for reason still unknown. Cop call #1. A few weeks later, I heard a noise outside, only to look out my bedroom window and see cops on the front lawn with GUNS. Again, ghetto style. They are banging on her door until 2am trying to convince the felons she was allowing to live with her to come out. The cops finally kicked the door in and arrested two males. Cop call #2. She FINALLY got evicted. Months later, the girlfriend of another fine specimen living downstairs accused me of hitting her chromed out, 22-inch rimmed car, which I most certainly did not. She called the cops on me. Cop call #3. Bottom line - Trike rents to whatever scum they can find to pay. I am a 3.9 college grad, working full-time as a teacher and have never had any interaction with the police until I moved here. If you aren't looking for ghetto drama, STAY AWAY. In addition, the hallways and carpets were never cleaned (I lived there 18 mo), the maintenance man found dead birds in the attic because I SMELT them for days and threw them on the side porch... there are still dead bird skeletons there to this day, the roof shingles were all over the yard every time it was windy, there is only street parking, the units are OLD and nothing ever gets replaced, painted or fixed and you are surrounded by crazy lowlifes. I saw a property manager around the building twice while I lived there unless I called to tell them what was happening in their own buildings. They are there to get your check and could care less about anything else.

Lyon Manor. I am reading these negative reviews and I am kind of stunned by them and question what really happened to the tenants that wrote these reviews. I lived at Lyon Manor for 2 years and 3 months. I didn't have a negative experience. My unit was extremely warm but I was on the top floor and kept the a/c unit in my bedroom. I was always treated kindly by management... Bridget, especially is a doll. My concerns were always taken care of immediately. In 2 years my rent only went up $15 per month which is unheard of. Heat is included and the rent is very affordable for the location. I also received every penny of my security deposit back as did my current roomate and 2 of my friends that also lived in the building. I highly recommend them and only moved due to I wanted to move back to my hometown.

I reccomend this company and I'll tell you why.... This company is the greatest property management I've had living on the eastside of milwaukee. The property I'm in is only 3 blks from the lakefront, walking distance from too many restaurants and bars/ lounges, commerce and clothing stores to choose from. Plus the hospital and the library is right on the corner, I have my choice of a couple banks to go to, a grocery store, Starbucks, check cashing place and a 24hr walgreens in the other direction. Their are very nice and understanding of your issues you may have and very flexible. Their maintenance is the most impressive I've ever seen before. I've been renting with them for a year now and the biggest issue I honestly have is the heating isn't as warm as other apartments I've had but I LOVE HEAT so it could just be me? ;)

SCAM!!. Please, PLEASE don't rent from these people. They are miserable human beings and have no bottom line. They will do ANYTHING to scam you out of even the smallest amount of money. Their apartments are disgusting and smell like cat piss and smoke. Don't put yourself through the misery, find the millions of other, honest companies out there
