great service. Butler found ceramic tile that they had installed in our house 8 years ago! Now we can add ceramic to an area of our bathroom that did have ceramic! They went out of their way to find th is for us.

yikes - stay away from this store unless you like abuse. i cannot even begin to describe the level of unprofessionalism at this store. unfortunately, i found out that it is widely known that this place is one to stay away from too late. don't make the same mistake.
