awful customer service. These kids. awful customer service.

These kids (workers) in there are all very rude and completely unfriendly. one of the guys who works there thinks he is the hottest thing and flirts with all the girls and it's really disturbing/hilarious. the bulbs are either really new or really old. you dont get your moneys worth. go to Ultimate Sun on Downer :)

Spend you $ elsewhere. So I'm actually waiting in line and the desk person let's her friends skip ahead of me as if I hadn't been waiting for ten mins already. She knows I saw and upset and passed me off to another clerk. Then I have to wait for a half hour for a bed because the line jumpers also requested the same bed. I wadnt told an accurate wait time and to top it off one of the bulbs in the bed was burnt out. If I didn't have mins left I would refuse to go back. Don't waste your time at the milwaukee shop!

Good specials. I heard about this place through another student. She informed me of their special going on, and I was amazed by the cheap rate. I got one month of unlimited tanning in the level 1 beds for 10 bucks! Never heard of such cheap tanning for one month. Now level 1 isn't the bed of beds, but I certainly got tan enough with it. I love the hours, you can go anytime, but the only exception is you MUST wait 24 hours before you can go again or they will NOT allow you to tan till you've reached your 24 hours. Overall, it's much more affordable over the other places I've looked at around here.

Not so satisfied customer. Initially when I went the customer service was very good. When I went back for my second visit it was awful. I had purchased the "4 for $4" package. I was only allowed to use a "level one" bed for 6 minutes when I had been told 12 minutes. When I went to speak to the man at the counter he was no where to be found. 6 minutes is hardly worth taking your clothes off for!! The bed was barely warm. When I left I spotted the guy socializing out in the parking lot! The place could have been robbed and he would have never known!! I will not be purchasing a membership!!

Good Therapy for ME. I have been a member for more than a year and have lasted longer than many of their staff. Everyone has been very pleasant & more than willing to show how to use the different beds, explain different types of lotions & potions, and generally answer any questions I've ever had. I appreciate the "sales" they have and the hours they are open. The only problem I've ever had was a couple times the bed I prefer hasn't worked properly. It sprays a mist of water at the press of a button & when that's not working, it gets pretty hot in there. A few times the same bed, which has an after-bronzer, wasn't working either. Because I pay extra for those, when I let them know it isn't working, I would have appreciated a refund. I also think a good idea would be to supply a larger towel or perhaps even two. I chose to go here more for the relaxation than the tanning & it's always been a very pleasant experience.

horrible customer service. The staff at this tanning salon is unprofessional and frequently rude.

Initally only would the manager not take my call. After waiting on hold bc he was busy (how busy can you be at 11 am on a Wednesday at a tanning salon) he answered the phone curtly and clearly did not understand customer serivce.

I will not return and urge you to do the same.
