DO NOT USE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I rented a trolley to take my wedding party to a couple locations for pictures between the wedding ceremony and the reception.
Spring City Trolley claims to provide "new trolleys" but the one received was anything but new. It reaked of fumes the entire ride, the cd player was broke so all the music came out scratchy, the driver did not know how to get from the church, to the art museum (location was provided ahead of time), to the reception location. All were located within a 3 mile radius. The driver was old and could not hear well, as one of the bridesmaids tried to give him directions, and the driver almost drove another driver off the road with his poor driving skills. It was actually a cold day and the trolley had such terrible fumes coming from it that everyone opted to stand outside in the cold instead of on the trolley and inhale the fumes.
When I called Spring City Trolley to tell them about my awful experience two days after my wedding, they were extremely rude to me. Katrina said that she needed to check with the board of trustees to see what could be done and then never returned my call. I called them three more times and asked them to get back to me before they actually returned my call. When Katrina finally returned my call, she was speaking in a harsh tone the whole time, would not offer me any sort of compensation for all of the things that went wrong, and tried to tell me that their drivers are not expected to know how to get everywhere. I explained that when I am paying for a service to drive me from one location to the next I should not need to give the drive step by step directions to the locations. Not only did she tell me that we were on a new trolley (which was not the case), but she also told me that the driver was in his 40's, when it turns out he is 62 and has a hearing problem.
I would not recommend using this company for your special event. Luckily everything else for our wedding was wonderful and perfect, so our day was not ruined by Spring City Trolley. I would just hate for anyone else to have to go through this same situation.
