In Short – Once an arts and crafts store, this bistro now includes a dining room with tiled floors and pieces of modern art that adorn the walls. A space for families and couples, it offers numerous Italian dishes, yet is noted for its pizzas. Patrons start with eggplant sticks and baked clams, and then enjoy crispy, traditional Sicilian pies. For non-pizza lovers, sirloin steaks and scallops are also available. Top off the meal with gelato or a cannoli.
Very Disappointed

We had heard about this place for some time now, and were anxious to give it a taste. My wifes Pasta was cold, and when she dared mention to our server, she seemed offended. It was almost 15 minutes before she brought the plate back, and needless to say, by then My dinner was cold as well. Although the luke warm food was ok, the server was not someone that we want at our table again. After we fishished, and tried to flag her down for our check, it was another oredeal, and more waiting. We will not return.
- Cons: Pricey, service

When they first started, although it was small, we went there a couple times a week. After they expanded, and tried to compete with the likes of "Olive Garden", they lost not only quality of food, but the service is AWFUL!
We did love there Pizza, so after two bad experiences, decided to call for delivery. 45 minutes later than the said time, and delivery guy had nothing more than to say, "sorry, we are busy, not my fault."
Pizza was flat. and just not worth it, as it was missing ingredients. We used to crave this place, but I can not recommend it anymore, the prices are over inflated now, better off getting a good coupon from Pizza hut or Domino's.
Worst delivery service EVER.

If you are looking to have a large party catered, I DON"T recommend Di' Carolos. It took them 3 times to delivery the food. How long can food stay hot why you wait 45 minutes for your entire order to be delivered. In addition, there was a lack of knowledge by the manager of what the menu items cost for catering. I ended up paying another 10% above the original quoted price to get the amount of food I ordered. this doesn't sound like much but when you are ordering serveral hundred dollars of food, it adds up. All because the manager on call didn't know how his own catering employee places an order. You would think the manager of a restaurant would know this information. Again, it took them three attempts to final get us all the food ordered. We have had delivery before and they have substituted soup when they were out of the specific soup we ordered. I would suggest eating there because you have more of a chance to get the correct order and price.
