Not good customer service. I decided to call and order something just an addidition to my lunch I had brought in. I walkked the 3 blocks to the establishment to pick up my order. #1 during the day they could use more lights in the place its like walking into a club in the evening. # 2 WHy would you hand a person a carry out dish and not put it in a bag. I was told by the female behind the counter when I asked for a bag that they only supply them with large orders, even after I explained I had to walk 3 blocks back to my office. Luck would have it that when I stopped at a conveneience store for a soda the owner offered me a bag for my meal. SO I guess if your ordering for just yourself you better save your bags like at ALdi's and Save a lot and take one in with you.

Major Corporation in Milwaukee plans a Christmas party event in August

? Prices were inflated, owner could not explain $700.00 in catering that did not equal food items

o never was presented with official invoice to question inflated pricing

o owner never writes anything down

? not to impressed with food and presentation

o items were order but I had to ask where those food items were

? owner explained very grandiose ideas about decorations, decorations were cheap

? valet service changed to shuttle van (at the 11th hour)

? event should have been exclusive to our event, 311 double book the venue

? owner does not have email

My guests never saw any of this and to them the event was great, but the service and professionalism was lacking; in an event coordinator capacity.

Half Cooked Fish. I normally love the food the service isn't that great but the food by far usually makes up for it. I ordered fish today and it was discusting!!!! How can you give someone fish that is half-cooked??? Beyond me but it really happened. I don't think that I will return there again. I have also told all of my friends and family about my experience.

Great addition to Downtown Milwaukee. Downtown Milwaukee needed a little culture--311 is a great addition. They offer a sould food buffet on Friday that is great from about 5-6p it is only $5--how can you beat that?!
