Need to Relax?. After reading the other reviews, I was very hesitant about using a gift certificate I received. However, not wanting it to go to waste, I finally made an appointment for a massage. It was a wonderful (but to short) experience. Andrea, was very professional and obviously knew what she was doing. She picked up on an injury to my shoulder that was years old and healed. This was after the massage was over and she took the time to explain what I needed the most work on. (I've had other professional massages and no one else ever picked up on that.) I was back 3 weeks later for an 80 min massage! Hopefully I will be back as often as I can manage. The spa itself, is very nice, lovely in fact. The foot soak in front of a fire while you wait for your appointment just sets the mood! Thank you Andrea and thank you Neroli for hiring wonderful competent people!…

Best Salon EVER!!. After reading these really old reviews, I feel like I have to give my two cents. I don't know if Neroli gave poor service in the past, but from the very first time I set foot in the spa I felt really welcomed and appreciated. I've been there more times than I can count now, and I can't say enough about the caring staff, outstanding service or depth of the knowledge of every person I've spoken with. Before Neroli, I went to another Aveda salon, but they didn't implement some of the "extras" that Neroli does. From the scalp massage with any hair service to the hand massage while you're waiting, I've never felt more at home. Thank you for the great service!!!…

HIGHLY RECOMENDED. Never had a hair service, but I DO highly recomend both facials and pedicures. Be sure to ask for Megan for nails and Kyresa for both massage and facials. or if your daring for waxing. I've been going now for three years using both thoes technicians and HAVE NO COMPLAINTS!! I will tell you that your going to pay a few dollars more cause they both KNOW what their doing. and you wont be disappointed with either one of them. you can find them both at the Brookfield location…

DON'T LET THEM TOUCH YOUR HAIR. I went to the east-side location and was happy that I was able to get in that same day. Well that changed! The reason I could get in that same day was because the stylist double-books. I got a cut and color. I even brought her the color that my previous hair stylist used. She decided not to follow those colors and instead highlighted with what she thought would look good--without first showing me the colors. Since she met me 1 minute before I don't know how she would know what my tastes were. Regardless I trusted her professional judgment and went ahead. Needless to say he highlight was bland and lacked professional polish. The haircut was uneven - the left side was longer than the right. Can't students at least get the sides even! Anyway I called the salon and wanted to get the cut corrected. Then they told me that I couldn't get in for 5 days to get my hair cut AND I'D HAVE TO PAY FOR THE CUT. I left a message for the manager to call me. I have not received a call back yet. The receptionist was very pleasant and offered a "sorry you were not satisfied" but without support or action from the professional staff her professionalism is lost. This is absolutely the worst place I have every had my hair done.…
