You don't always get what you pay for

I have been here many times, each time hoping for a better style ..better cut..better color..have tried different stylist..started to blame my hair...but, after finally saying enough, went somewhere else where they did exactly what I wanted ..The staff is often rude and when I would get my haircut there I would have to listen to the hairdresser talk about her upcoming vacation that she might have to cancel if she doesn't get enough tips...it's Christmas and I don't have any money...the ecomony isn't doing well and it's hurting me..Aren't I paying enough for the services that I don't need to be pressured into giving a huge tip...Won't be going back, and after reading all the review, don't feel like i'm the only one...
- Pros: Smells fantastic...short wait
- Cons: Money vs quality...does not add up

if you like to feel pressured, awkard, and unhappy this is the place for you, from the minute you walk in you are followed and hounded to buy, i love aveda products, but i dont need to be asked if i need help by every emplyee there. also the hair service i recieved felt rushed and was not at all what i wanted. i guess they only know how to make everyone look like a soccer mom. They made me feel like i didnt belong there... eh i like to feel good about my self after i get my hair done, not feel like the unpopular kid in high school!
- Pros: smelled nice, my stylist was nice
- Cons: the receptionists, sales pressure!!!

I've had the best massages and facials at the Brookfield Neroli Spa! The staff were friendly and I loved the room that you wait in for your services with the fireplace, so relaxing! Jen was an awesome massage therapist there and I had a smooth checkout, no hassles.
