They were knowlegable, Great customer service, found problem which other had missed,works perfect.
I came in too work to find that my walk in freezer had failed. I just had a company in to fix it and all they did was add gas. It was low, and this happens from time to time the man said. So a week later the same thing happened! I called the man back, he came out and told me a time clock went bad and added more Freon. He said the first Freon needed to settle. I know nothing about refrigeration so I let his experience prevail.
Oh I had him give me the time clock so I could find out if it failed. You can see where this is going. Yes one more time everything in threes. Well now I need a new Evap coil he said. That was the last time I talked to this guy. I call Advantage I explained what the prior Service did he checked the time clock it was fine just old and would needed to be updated just for peace of mind. Long store short he found a leak repaired it and two week now with no failure. This was a good find!
