Poor Customer Service. I scheduled an appointment to get my haircut during my lunch hour - right before a holiday weekend. When I got to the salon, the receptionist said she had just left me a message. My appointment was moved 45 minutes later because the stylist was running behind. I declined the appointment because I can't leave work when I feel like it. When I got to my office, I saw that a message was left on my phone at 12:21 when my appointment was at 12:30. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I had been made aware earlier, I could've made other arrangements. Will NOT be returning.

Enjoyable experience!.
I have been to Glow twice now, once for a massage and another time for a spray tan.
My massage was great! The technician really knew her stuff and it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.
The spray tan was also very nice. I had zero streaks! And the teachnician made sure I knew exactly what to do the entire time and how to maintain it. Also, it was nice that when I was dressed and ready to go she was waiting right there for me to make sure everythig looked good.
I would def suggest this place to a friend!
