I gave them the number of guests for my all afternoon/night wedding reception (300). They recommended one toilet. I rented five. Within 3 hours, and prior to dinner being served, all five toilets were out of paper. Thankfully, a guest was willing to leave the reception to buy more toilet paper to restock the toilets. All was well. I left for my honeymoon immediately after and returned home to complaints about non-payment of an invoice that is not overdue. The tone of the messages, correspondence and subsequent conversations was completely rude and unprofessional. They took no ownership of the fact that toilets were understocked and alleged my guests "overused the toilets." They refused to credit my bill for the cost of any of the toilet paper, and instead threatened to sue me for non-payment (again, my invoice is not overdue). They then contacted my employer, a customer of Cans-to-Go, LLC, and complained about my situation (again, my invoice is not overdue). As if that were not enough, a day later, they pulled all toilets off my employer's job sites, because they don't want to do business with anyone who would employ someone like me. In my opinion, this company lacks the courtesy and professionalism that any customer would reasonably expect, and as a result I would recommend that if you are reading this you should immediately consider any and all other options to Cans-to-Go, LLC.
