Terrible Service, should be shut down..
Person that answered the phone sounded as if she didn't want to be there. I perceived her as being rude. Gave her my order for pick up, but had to repeat myself three times. She then put me on hold with no explanation for approximately two minutes only to come back and give me a total. I told her I'd like to cancel the order due to the fact that I was not happy with the service. Her reply was an enthusiastic "Oh Okay"!
Sad because I've been eating Neds since I was a kid. I'm 31 now. I will never frequent this establishment again, at least not the North side location. I work as a Human Resource Manager so in this economy you would think individuals would show some enthusiasm and provide better service to customers (the reason they are in business) and feel lucky to be employed some where.

I've been eating at Ned's since I 1985 and they truly have the best pizza ever, however over the years the amount of good service has severely gone down the drain.
First.... I can not believe that during these days, any customer service oriented business would allow poor customer service. Today, businesses are struggling to stay on top because people are not spending money. What makes the difference between someone spending their money at restaurant "A" (vs) restaurant "B" is not only the quality of food, but the best service.
Second... Available jobs are very few and far between, so if you have a job, you should make sure that your company views you as "valuable" so that you aren't easily replaced by someone who can do your job better than you. If you are a customer service person, then everyone who comes in contact with you should remember you the next time they visit your place of work and possibly request for YOU. Management recognizes people who appreciate their job... which equals PROMOTION.
Case in point... NEDS PIZZA. I simply called and ask the person who answered a question regarding the delivery service and was greeted with the most RUDE person who could ever answer the phone. Not only did she snap at me, she insulted my intelligence.
I am a stickler for customer service, that is what keeps me coming back to an establishment. I like people who appreciate the fact that I am paying their wages.
To end... NED'S has lost my business. I refuse to spend my hard earned money on someone who doesn't appreciate it.
Worst delivery experience ever.. We ordered a pizza at 7:26pm and called multiple times to check on the order only to be told that it was"on the way". We called at 11:00pm to complain and after specifically asking we were grudgingly told we could have a $3 discount. We finally called and canceled the order at 11:45pm. Nearly 4 and a half hours and we never did get our pizza. Never again.
The Best Pizza In the world. This is the best pizza i ever taste. Love it !!!
ONCE YOU GO NED'S YOU NEVER LOOK BACK!. If you've tasted the rest, now taste the 'BEST'. Even though they have changed locations you still get the same great pizza.And you can dine in. I've also noted that they've added more things to their menu. Something to try is their sausage sandwich and mozz. sticks, um.... But I always go back to the pizza with its unique cheese blend and sauce its different from most pizzas. I know I vote it BEST in Milwaukee and if you stop in I sure you WILL TOO! They also deliver! :=),
