Panera Bread. Panera Bread's food is always good, but there is so much traffic in the store, it has become TOO pedestrian.

One begins to feel they are in an upscale McDonald's -- and in point of fact, there is a McDonald's nearby

with a fireplace that has a warmer ambience.

Their Mayfair restaurant remains nicer, however the Chicagoland restaurants are looking too worn, too.

But if one wants something nutritious and handy, this is still one of the easiest choices.

Panera Rocks for great food and WiFi. Even though they are pretty quick at making your food, I would never call Panera "Fast food". Their bagels are super yummy, but their sandwiches and soups are even better.

Whenever I have a business meeting, I always suggest we meet at Panera. I love the WiFi access! I can enjoy real food and get some work done at the same time.

The staff have always been very friendly and accommodating with me. I appreciate the great customer service.

Panera Rocks!!

Please bring back the Salmon sandwich

Bright colors and comfortable furniture give this chain cafe a laid-back feel, with scattered tables that beckon coffee-sipping readers, chatters and diners. All baked goods--bagels, muffins, two dozen kinds of bread--are made fresh on the premises. Sandwiches include turkey-artichoke panini and Asiago roast beef, plus standards like chicken salad and smoked turkey. Soups change daily, but popular choices like broccoli and cheese, chicken noodle and French onion are always on the menu.
