This is my first time ever writing a
review online. I have to say that the management was BEYOND horrible.
We had a coupon that we were told at the beginning of our meal we could use. At the end, the manager, "Louie" decided we could not. We asked to speak with him and had to wait half an hour, as he "was not on the property."
After waiting, he confronted us rudely as we explained the situation and he said it's his discretion, and he would not honor it (even though the coupon clearly stated we could!). He got really agitated and ended the conversation with "I hope you never come back here!" and stormed off. (I swear to you, I am not making this up). So, we had to pay more than double what we had planned. I'm writing this because I want to ensure customer service like this is not tolerated and he is put out of business.
The food was, meh, ok and the server was fine. But I can assure you that Louie's wish will definitely be fulfilled.…
Best Burgers/ Bar specials. I just watched the vikings get hammered by the packers tonight here it was awesome! They had the best drink specials like 2.50 rails, bottles, drafts and Free Touchdown shots, and FREE FOOD at half -time, like seriously how can u beat it? But my fav all night was the burger, best burger everr…
Its pretty darn good to me. This place is great, I've been there at least once a week for the past year, you really cannot beat the price and quality anywhere on mayfair road. The steaks are never frozen and the burgers are simply the BEST! Also try there homemade rotisserie chicken noodle soup, it always cures my colds ;)…

the food was fair but the service and management is a complete joke
we had coupons that were presented to the waitress when we ordered that were not were not used and we were told couldnt be used until AFTER we ate even though they were valid coupons
we were charged for things we didnt order and then were made to feel like some how that was our fault
the manager was a complete condescending ass to all of us - hes truly lucky he didnt get punched
saturday night - 9pm - completely empty restaurant except for our table ---not a shock…

Me and my friend stopped by at Biggs Roadhouse on a Friday night.
We both expected the place to have just burgers, steaks and beer but WOW that place has a variety of choices starting from frozen drinks, mexican entrees, salads, pasta and dessert. Our waitress Marisa took the time to go over the menu with us and answer our questions. We both got the Fish fry - which is their all-u-can eat special with potato pancakes. It was like a home cooked meal, better than we had expected. Also we ordered a Long Island Ice tea which was on special and was just $4 and a frozen Margarita, same price.
Reasonable prices, friendly staff, good food. I would rate it 9 out of ten.…
