Pretentious Waste of Time. Its a fast food restaurant, plain and simple. The decor is nice but it is only there to distract you from the absurdly overblown prices. Prepare to pay four times as much for the same burger you would get at a Burger

King, wait an extremely long time (ten minutes minimum for a cheeseburger) and still get treated like a nuisance by the staff.

The custard is exquisitely awful. Whoever came up with their flavors must believe that sugar can be used as a substitute for flavoring. Everything tastes like raw sugar packed in a glass.

In the end its another junky burger shack pretending to be something it isn't... a quality restaurant.

BEST Burger Joint in the area!. If you're anywhere near Germantown, Robert's is worth the drive for that occasional lunch or dinner out with family, friends, team, cheerleading squad, etc... Of course its perfectly fine to go by yourself too!

The food is always fresh, the service always friendly. The restrooms are clean, as are the dining areas inside and out. Ample variety of seating for people of all abilities and sizes.

I guess the way I see it, you have fast food restaurants like Mc Donald's & Burger King that are quick & OK at best, then you have GREAT burger joints like Culver's & Kopps, and then you have the BEST burger & custard restaurants like Toucan's (West Bend) & Robert's!!!

Of course if you want the best, then you must expect a slight wait, or if you are really time crunched, I'm sure they take phoned in orders upon request. And will hold a pint/quart flavor of the day for you, again upon request if you just cant get there that same day.

And secondly where you have Great Frozen Custard on top of the kid-friendly, very personable atmosphere, you have kids. This can be a con if for some reason you are allergic to these pint sized adorable and slightly unpredictable critters. In that case there is a drive-thru with your name on it. :P

average at best. Nothing exceptional here, folks. Same old, same old.
