Rude, Rude, Rude!!!. I arrived at my appointment on time. They however decided keeping me waiting for 45 minutes was just fine. I can even forgive this, I know things happen, I just wish they seemed even a little bit sorry about it. My hair took nearly 4 hours to give a cut and color to. It probably would have been sooner if the stylist respected me saying I'd rather not have blonde highlights. She did however apologize and graciously redid them. The bill was large, but the finished product did look nice. To my horror, when I arrived home I saw that there were NUMEROUS dye stains on the back of my sweater. I contacted the manager who never seems to be working and waiting nearly a week before she decided to call me back. After not believing about my disatisfaction she told me I needed to bring the sweater in to the salon. I did. That was the last I heard from them. They still have my sweater. No refund, no apology, and no remorse. I wouldn't give them more business if they paid me! Buyey beware, if overpriced snobs who act like they are doing you a favor is your thing, by all means, book an appointment. If they aren't look around. Port has another high-end salon that treats you with respect and kindness.
Definitely will go back. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my hair when I went in, and my hairdresser was easy to talk to and did a nice job. I liked my haircut very much!
