I have been a client/friend of Sarah for the past 12 yrs - we always laugh about me being her oldest cllent - I actually followed her from beauty school and will never go anywhere else - she is the best stylist (and new mother too) and I recommend Chris and her stylists as the best - the salon is beautiful and I always come away with the greatest haircut and color - although i continue to tell Sarah I want a change - it never works!! She knows exactly what to do with my cut and it always looks fabulous until I go home and try to do it myself. Honestly I would recommend this salon 100%.

I have been going to Chris and Co salon for about 7 years and I HIGHLY recommend this salon! From the moment you walk through the front door you are welcomed by the always friendly receptionist! I have bounced around from a few different stylists in the salon and never once have I been unhappy with the service I received! I know go to see Sarah, and I can't even put into words how amazing and truly gifted she is as a stylist. Every time I go to her I know I am in good hands! I 100% recommend this salon!!

This is the absolute Best Salon I have. or I thought!! I recently went to Chris and Co. Hair Salon. The stylist I saw for a few times was Britta. The salon , in my opinion was average and the behavior from Britta was extremely immature. Even though she does not know me well, or my husband, she wanted details regarding his recently diagnosded cancer.When I explained that I did not want to discuss it she became defensive ;and acted wounded!! She also claimed she could get a particular color line in but then backed out saying “I tend to put the cart in front of the horse”. When I decided this was not the place for me,due to too many discrepencies she actually followed me into the parking lot;and, proceeded to raise her silly voice.I could go on but suffice it to say that I feel honesty is extremely important,and so is professionalism and class.I would not recommend this salon under any circumstances!!!!!

Chris & Co is a fantastic salon for anything hair related!! Steph has been my stylist for almost 2 years. My thick hair and desire to constantly change styles is a challenge for most people but Steph handles it greatly! Cuts are included with color services making highlights or coloring very reasonably priced! They use good quality color so it lasts! Steph is able to thin out my hair but still keep volume to it. Professional, creative, and friendly!!! Can't be beat

Chris & Company is by far the best salon I've been to. The facility is professional and filled with top-of-the-line stylists who really cater to every client's need. I have had my hair done by almost every stylist in the salon, and I can honestly say I have been pleased every time.

Steph is probably my favorite stylist- ask for her! She always tries her best to get me into her schedule, her prices are reasonable, and she is great at what she does.

As soon as you walk in, someone is right there to check you in, take your coat, and offer you a complementary beverage. Always has up to date and trendy magazines. Chris Pinkalla is so personable and is even willing to schedule complementary consultations just to talk and get a clear picture of what clients want done with their cut, color, or style. I'm convinced this rare combination of a cutting-edge yet down-to-earth atmosphere cannot be found at any other salon!

THE best salon I have ever been to.. THE best salon I have ever been to. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is very attentive.

The owner, Chris, has gone out of her way to match me with a stylist that suits my personality and style. I would highly recommend the services Chris & Co has to offer. You won't be disappointed!!!

I wouldn't risk one of their very young stylists again.... I love the atmosphere, front desk, location etc.. but the last time I went it was a horrible cut. I showed a picture, and said that I do NOT like soft layers framing my face. I wanted just a couple long chunky layers in front (I had very long hair) the pic showed long pieced chunky layers ending well past the chin. She seemed to understand. Well, my chair was turned for most of the cut and this young stylist Steph gave me very short layers (from my chin to ear) softly blended. Yuck. She could tell I was upset, she was able to straighten them to be a tad more edgy like I wanted but it's MUCH shorter now than I wanted & I am upset she gave me a cut I deliberately told her I didn't want. I still left a tiny tip because she was nice. The first time I went it was a different yet still very young girl. She gave me kind of the same layers, except a bit longer & wasn't as bad. But still, I wonder if they train them ONE way on how to layer. I will give it 1 more try, with an older stylist. Just be careful what you ask for and who you go to.

Best Salon Ever!. I have been going to this salon since it opened seven and a half years ago. I knew I would follow Sarah wherever she went. I was very surprised to find an even friendlier and more hospitable salon than the one she was at previously. Chris, the owner, has always been warm and welcoming, never failing to say hi and often stopping to chat. I book appointments three to four months ahead, and sometimes need to change one suddenly. Sarah and Chris have always managed to fit me in. I have recommended this salon to many of my colleagues and family members who also keep going back. None of us even live close to Delafield! Trust me. Chris and Co has been written up twice in Milwaukee Magazine for their excellence both in service and hair care for a reason. You won't be disappointed!

Favorite Place!. I travel 30 minutes each way just to get my hair done here. The prices are reasonable and the staff is courteous, professional, and fun.

I have been going to them for years now. Sarah does my hair, though several other stylists have cut my kids' hair and everyone has been terrific. We have not had a single bad experience.

Last year I had a premature baby and ALL of the stylists followed my blog about him. Chris, the owner, even held and rocked him during my first appointment after he came home. It's this kind of personal attention that makes Chris and Company such a fantastic salon.

PLUS, I love that they only do hair . . . no gross nail polish smell. The stylists know a lot about color and really do exceptional work. I highly recommend this place.
