TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! VERY UNRELIABLE!!! DO NOT ORDER A DRESS FROM EVA'S-IT MAY NEVER COME IN WHEN THEY SAY IT WILL!!!

Wonderful place to work with. After going to many different bridal stores I ended up at Eva's Bridal on a very busy Saturday. I was greeted by several of the sales ladies and settled in to start looking for my dream dress. I spent 4 hours at Eva's with several different sales ladies as they were super busy and were trying to be there for all there customers. I didn't mind as it was understandable since they were really busy. I totally fell in love with a dress. Unfortunately I could not take pictures or know who the desinger was until I put my money down. I asked why and was told its a privacy policy in place so other stores can't find their information out. I totally understood and happily took my pictures after I put my deposit down. Once my dress came in I was immediatly called. It fit wondefully, I did need some alterations and found their seamstresses to be wonderful. Thank you Eva's Bridal Staff for making my wedding day perfect!!!

Do not hesitate to buy from, the customer always comes first!! They have many beautiful dresses for everyone in our wedding party. I was able even to get our Tuxes from Dubois right up stairs in Eva's. Talk about making things easier!

Run away brides!!. Wish I had read more reviews before going to Eva's, could have saved myself the time and trip. They were very nice on the phone so I decided to make the half hour drive. I was greeted nicely but the given a big rack to wheel around the store ( I had gone by myself) and pointed in the directions where I might find some styles I was looking for. Ok, started to feel like I was in a wharehouse but I was there I thought I would make the best of it. The sales person was very polite and helped me try on the dresses which I realize now that they do so you CAN"T TAKE ANY PICTURES or WRITE DOWN ANY INFO ABOUT THE DRESS. So I couldn't take any pics of any of the dresses I liked and when I asked who the dresses were made by was told it was there policy NOT to give out any of that info until AFTER the dress was purchased!!! I don't know about anyone else, but when I'm making a large purchase of $1,000 or more I like to know what I am buying and even research the product BEFORE I purchase it. It was a very upsetting wasteful day even though I had found the perfect dress there I will NOT be purchasing my dress from them. I would rather spend my money elsewhere even if it's more. After reading other reviews my advice would be this... If you are looking to purchase a dress off the rack with payment in full immediately go to Eva's. Otherwise stay as far away as possible!!! Getting married is stressful enough with all the planning, Eva's does NOTHING to make buying a dress enjoyable!!

I did recieve a call from the store manager about their policies and they basically told me they do these things to prevent other stores from finding out their prices. Not that they were sorry they were losing my business because of them.

So So Bridal Shop. When I first walked in, the service was great. The women there were very helpful. However, once I started trying on dresses, they sales people kept switching and the one that ended up working with me was very rude and not helpful. They cut the tags off the dresses so you cannot see the designer which I think is completely unfair considering all the other stores I've been too didn't do this. Decent selection of dresses but will not go back.
