High Class Limousine

Very Poor Experience. We chartered a 25 passenger limousine from High Class Limo. I worked with Willy at the company and was satisfied up until the limo pulled up and it wasn't what was pictured on their website. I was expecting to see a gold/black nice looking limo/RV syle vehicle and what pulled up looked like a mid-80's bus conversion. We took the "limo" to Chicago from Milwaukee for a company outing and it was one of the worst limo experiences we've ever had. The heat didn't work and the inside temperature hovered around 50 degrees. The A/V system wouldn't play a normal store bought DVD (not a burned copy or anything). That didn't matter too much though because the road noise and drafts through the windows made it way to uncomfortable to even think of watching a movie anyway. The limo also darted around on the freeway throughout the journey nearly causing us to fall out of our seats. I'm not sure if this was due to the driver being on his cell phone most of the time or the extremely sloppy steering wheel. My guess was that it was the vehicles fault as it was very old.

When we brought all of this up to the owner, we were kindly offered a 9% refund and $150 towards our next limo. Considering the completely horrible experience, I will not only be avoiding them in the future, but felt compelled to write a review here to hopefully help you avoid their poor service and outdated vehicles as well. Other than making jokes about how bad the experience was amongst ourselves, this was by far the worse experience we've ever had with another company.

There are many other companies to choose from and we will be chooseing more carefully next time.

Due to the fact that the owner of the business did not properly admit these major faults, offering only a 9% refund, and completely mis-representing the vehicle on his website, I would highly caution against using this company.

Storming through Metropolitan Milwaukee. My 10 year old baseball team was rewarded for a great season with a two hour stretch Hummer limousine ride through Metropolitan Milwaukee. When I placed the initial inquiry phone call, Willy was awesome; being both patient and supportive as I attempted to plan for the perfect date and details for this event. After deciding on the details, he was very fair when quoting a price for the two hour rate. On the date of the event, the driver, Aaron, was wonderful; arriving promptly. His demeanor was extremely friendly and professional; relating comfortably to both the children and the adults who rode in the limousine. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a limousine for their special event.

greatest limo company. High class Limo was great! Many parts of planning our wedding was stressful, but from start to finish working with willy was very comfortable. He himself was funny, really friendly, and helped us arrange a reservation despite not giving him much notice. The driver was excellent too. The night before we started getting really nervous about being late, but despite the size of the limo and the winding roads, he got us there early! After, we stopped at various places to take pictures by the art museum and by the lake michigan and even though we were late getting back to the limo and he kinda got stuck backing up traffic he never acted irritated, but was always patient and friendly. We were pretty bad clients so even if being super nice is his job, that man works real hard! Also he gave us lots of reccomendations and knew tons of local lore. He taught me some new stuff and I live here! Way more than expected, A+ all the way! Thank you high class

you should take high class ride with high class limousine. I chartered a stretch Hummer from high class Limousine for my bachelor party and was very satisfied! I loved the vehicle and so did all my buddies. My driver john was nice and arrived at my house 10 minutes earlier than my pick up time. High class limousine made my bachelor party a really great time.loved the comfortable ride

Best prom night ever. I used High Class Limousine for my prom in waukesha wisconsin loved the hummer h2 and limo bus we ve rented. I will also use them for my homecoming and hopefully for my wedding :)) highly reccomended .Limousines were very clean and new. Thank you High Class for my most memorable day ..
