Carrabba's Italian Grill originated from a love of food and family. Founders Johnny Carrabba and Damian Mandola designed the menu from generations of their own family's recipes, which are prepared from scratch daily in an exhibition-style kitchen. The cuisine is based on traditional, Sicilian fare with an inventive twist of bold flavors, which are inspired by the founders' Southern upbringing. Our dishes are created from only the freshest, seasonal ingredients and many favorite recipes are cooked on our signature wood-burning grill.

I've always wanted to go here and I finally got a chance and I actually loved it! I thought it would be something like an Olive Garden, nothing special, but everything we tried was amazing. They give you bread and olive oil with spices to begin with and the bread alone is fresh, warm and delicious. The soup was tasty, very filling and the Calamari was excellent. The breading on the calarmari was the best I've ever tried. And for an entree I had the scallops and shrimp, you only get about 8 of them, but they are huge and taste amazing. Very filling and the customer service was helpful and talkative. All of the waitor's recommendations were as great as he said they would be.
