Totally satisfied with the car I purchased from Ramsey Motors. The sales dept was very friendly and customer oriented, they understand the customers needs and helped me meet my goals on what I could afford. I give Ramsey Motors a thumbs up and a five star rating. Thanks Ramsey Motors. The car I got is one of the best used vehicle purchases I ever made !!!

Not Truthful.... I heard good news about Ramsey. I went to their website and saw some vehicles that I could afford. The next day I went to Ramsey and walked around their lot looking at the information on the cars. The car that I was interested in was a 2004 Dodge Caravan SXT. It looked just like the picture and fit the description. I went inside and told them I was interested and wanted to take a ride. We went for a ride after getting gas and I was sold. I asked about the CD player and they let me use one of their disk to prove it worked. When I asked about the DVD player they stated it didn't work. I thought to myself I could get that fixed with no problem. I traded my car in and we went down on the price $400 not including plates and the other expenses. So basically they gave me $400 for my 95 buick park avenue. Well today I took it to a Dodge Dealer right down the street to have it repaired and found that the car didn't have a DVD player. The DVD player had been taken out. I am now wondering if I am able to do something legally because I wasn't told it did'nt have a DVD but that it didn't work. I feel like they weren't honest with me but I was about my car.

Excellent Service!. Ramsey Motors is a great auto-dealer and repair shop. My car broke down last year and I had it towed to Ramsey Motors because I heard it was a excellent repair/car shop. Honestly, I know as much about cars as a rat. I asked Nemer to explain it quite a few times until I understood correctly and he was very patient with me. My car still runs smoothly and all I need to go their for is an oil change. If my car breaks down for some other reason or if I want to buy a new car I know I'll go to Ramsey Motors and Auto Care. Great service!

Don't believe when they boast about car. I bought a corolla and really got screwed. He never bothers to do any repair and i have to spend around 1000$ for the repairs. All the rims he kept are not the original and different cars. This really screwed up everything. Basically he buys cars in auction and removes parts from old cars and make new cars. So, be careful.
