Not authentic

This is another watered-down version of authentic ethnic foods. I have tried every so-called middle eastern place in downtown Milwaukee and have been dissapointed at every turn.

We had to wait 5+ minuted after being seated for menus because they were being used at other tables (and the place was nowhere near full).

Our waiter was clueless when asked about two middle eastern dishes (Fattoush & the spicy garlic spread). The lamb schwarma was over cooked and dry and the Casablanca Combo was basically the combo appetizer with an undercooked stuffed grape leave added for good measure.

The ONLY redeeming point of this meal was the baked lamb dish (only available on Friday & Saturday) which was very moist and tender.
