WORST tanning facility I have ever experienced.. I was a member here for two years, I was new to tanning and didn't realize how many things this place does wrong. 1) They make you clean the room yourself when you are finished (no joke!) 2) They charge over $7 for goggles, which are complimentary almost everywhere else 3) they DO NOT CHANGE THE BULBS. I was advised by an employee in August of 2009 that the most recently changed bed had been one of the Ultras in March (5 months earlier???) That was when I finally canceled my membership, since the 12 month contractual period was up. I never returned. Then I received a notice from a collection agency saying Lectric Beach had continuted to charge me every month after I canceled, which I found to be astonishing. These people are pathetic and not to be trusted.

Horrible Service. As a professional, I expected to get treated with respect and have high standards for service. I was a member at Lectric Beach for almost two years. I was never horribly happy with them, but they were close to my house and I didn't go often. When I wanted to cancel my standing membership to purchase individual sessions that I could use when I wanted, they were rude, put my husband and I off and eventually attempted to charge me one additional month. They stated it was in my original contract, even after they didn't tell us about this the three times I attempted to cancel. When I called to give the Manager feedback, he also treated me very poorly and wasn't open to my feedback. I would recommend you find another place to tan.
