Excellent Service. I went to check out AG computers to purchase one of their restored laptops as my laptop crashed. When I explained this to one of the associates she told me to bring my laptop in and it likely could be reloaded and restored to working conditions for less $$$. I brought my laptop in and they restored it and saved my files for me within 2 business days. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly, they never once made me feel stupid for not knowing a thing about computers!

Didn't fix problem, complete lack of follow up!!!. Unfortunately, I cannot leave a rating of zero stars...

I brought in a laptop computer for help with my wireless internet connection. They claimed to have fixed it, and charged me accordingly, but when I got home, the problem still existed! When I called in to get the situation handled, I was told to call back later because the technician was unavailable. That was not an option, as I was calling on my lunch break. I asked for an email address instead, and they tried to tell me they didn't have one. After being persistent, I received an email address, and tried to remedy the situation in that manner. After 2 exchanges, the technician just stopped responding. After a week of headaches, I brought it to BEST BUY where they fixed the situation in 5 MINUTES and for FREE!!! Learn from me and do yourself a favor, don't give these people a second chance, let alone a first chance, at helping you with your technology needs.
