Best Bar, Best Staff, Best Time. Last week I was part of a birthday party for a friend. We arrived at Lucille's where we had reservations. We were almost an hour late, yet they still accommodated us with seats. We sat on stools right behind the pianos. What we all thought were going to be bad seats I know believe might be the best seats in the house. We were help by a male server Alex who has an impeccable personality and skill for customer service. He took care of us the whole night. During the night we had a minor incident with another customer. We were ready to leave and told Alex why we were going. Believe it or not Tony, the manager himself came out to help us, and help us he did! He personally kicked out the guy that was being a jerk and and took all the words and drunk abuse we had to throw at him with a smile. Tony convinced us to stay and we did for the rest of the night.

In my opinion Lucille's Rockin' Pianos is the place to go in Milwaukee for a fun and unique night. It is not the same old annoying dance club that you get some drunk 20 something fraternity guy humping your leg and telling you how hot you are, but if that guy shows up they will take care of it! The Music is amazing, there is not a song they do not know. Service is the best in the city and the prices are competitive. Thank you to the management, staff, and musicians for a great time! I will see you soon!

Great place to go nd have FUN. This place is great. I had a blast and everyone with me felt the same. Now if ur going there thinkin it's tamed..think again cuz anything goes there. Love the music they play on the piano and if they dont know it they make do and have you laughing all night long.

Very dissappointed, Manager was rude!!. Very disappointed! Website says they can accomidate 2-300 people. We went on a Sat night while they had a party for only 100 people, we could not get a table or a stool at the bar. For the fact that there were no stools at bar area. After pay cover charge and promised a table by 8:00 we were left standing holding our coats for an hour. Terrible service. We left.
