Shoe leather. This is the second time getting food from the Appleton Ave,. Wong's Wok and it will be my last. First time ordered General Tsao's chicken. Some pieces were hard like warmed over chicken. Last time I ordered Beef and Broccoli which was described in to-go menu as beef tenderloin. Beef tenderloin my left foot! This meat was tough as shoe leather and there were some pieces that I could not eat because they were inedible and ithad the taste of liver! When I'm hungry for Chinese food in the future Wong's Wok will NOT be where I'll get it.

Is is that hard to take an order?. I have been there three times. The first time I ordered egg rolls with my order, and I paid for them, but they never put them in the bag and I didn't notice until I got home. The second time I was there I tried to pay with my credit card and they ran it once and said it didn't work and just gave it back to me. I have no problems with my credit card and they didn't even tell me if it was declined or if their card reader wasn't working....so i left. The last time i was there (and the last time I will go there) I waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru (not exactly fast food). I ordered sweet and sour pork and sesame chicken. What they gave me was a lot of chicken with sesame and sweet and sour sauce (which taste horrible together) and no pork at all. If you're out of pork you can at least tell the customer instead of giving them bad food.

My suggestion is to go somewhere else.
