CAUTION EXTREME FUN: Greatest Place for Girl Parties :-)

The staff here are extraordinary! They were only expecting 6 girls from the 20+ girls invited, and low and behold all the girls showed up! The staff handled the extreme girl power of giggles and chaos, as if it was just another day. They kept things organize, even with the overwhelming number of girls, getting each girl exactly what they wanted as their makeover and accessories. They made each girl feel special and did amazing job, getting everyone done in a timely manner and also entertaining those who waited for nails, hair, or makeup. I have no idea how they did it but it was a whirlwind of organization, especially when we were not expecting so many, but they made it possible! A customer with a little boy walked in towards the end and he was even able to get his haircut among the midst of singing, screaming, laughing girls. The girls had a runway show and head shots done it was just fabulous! My daughter loved every minute of it!

I had a great experience with them. They were nothing less than professional and so upbeat and happy. You definitely do not get this great service any other places, especially for kids.

I have never had an issue as a previous person stated on here, which her issue doesn't even seem true. Either way, I'll go back and I trust them to take care of my kids hair and my kids love it!

We will never go back to this place. We should have walked out as soon as we walked in. Completely dirty. Paid $40 for two haircuts from a "stylist" that no doubt was drinking. By the time we realized the she was drunk, it was too late to run out. I had to stand right next to my kid the whole time just to make sure she didn't do anything stupid with the scissors. We couldn't get out of their fast enough and will never go back. Go anywhere else.

I love this place! The kids are excited, playful, happy, and entertained... they do not scream and cry like in other salons and the parents seem relieved. The atmosphere is family friendly and the stylists are playful and kid accommodating. They even warm the water they spray to wet down the hair before it's cut so not to make the child uncomfortable.

I'm one to really read the tips before trying a salon and boy was I completely unsatisfied by our salon trip. I'm glad the others had good experiences but honestly I wouldn't pay the gas to come here again. When I walked in I was tempted to walk out. I hate complaining about anything but feel others need to know what they're walking into. Drano on the counter, a crockpot heating spray bottles, unorganized - not a high class salon to say the least. My girls thought is was pretty so there's a plus but my daughter's haircut was choppy, not worth $20. Although the stylist tried to fix it a few times it still looks like something my 4 year old could do. If you don't believe me try it out for yourself and see what you think

After going to many different places to get my daughter's hair cut, I was about to give up. She would scream and the stylists were NOT good with her. I would pay $15 for her to come out upset and looking no different. Then I found A Hair for Kids. She LOVES sitting in the Cars chair playing with toys and the stylists know all the tricks to keep her calm and happy. She started going there at 18 months and now is 28 months. I would not take her ANYWHERE else. I also take my 4 and 8 year old boys here. Very reasonably priced and they have all the stuff from current kids movies to PS3 to entertain the kids.

Princess Parties this is the place to go !!. I took my little girl here to look and see if she wanted her birthday party here after checking out 3 other places and this is the one she picked. The girls had so much fun!! One of the moms that was at the party boked her daughters party in Oct. while she was there her daughter begged he to have her party there to it was so cute. The staff really is helpful and patient with all the kids and more staff are there to help if needed which is really nice. My daughter loved the fashion show. She told of of the staff that having her nails painted was the best part.

always comment how great my hair looks after I've been to her. Never go to anyone else.

Great Experience!. This was my sons (16months old) first haircut and Heidi was great. I called around to a few places and wasn't confident with any of them with the ability to handle a toddler who I knew would not sit still. We arrived early for his appointment, which I brought my 2 nephews with me for back up support, I let him look around and get used to the place. He chose the MacQueen car to sit in, and away Heidi cut. He had a few fuss episodes but his hair got cut none the less and it looks very cute! I went the next day to his daycare and highly recommended this salon!

AWESOME PLACE!!!. This place is great! My kids love it! There are so many things to keep them occupied. They have cars, motorcycles, and ponys for the kids to sit in. They also have tv's with movies. They are very competitive with the prices. Kathleen, the owner, is wonderful!!!
