Save your hair, don't go here. I chose the owner Kristin (master stylist) to do my hair...from the get go it was a bad experience. I showed up 15 min early....she was working on another clients hair (seemed to be a friend, not a client) 15-20 min after my appointment time I was taken to be shampoo'd. The owner, Kristin, apologized for the wait and began. A minute or two later the phone rang she answered and 15 min later came back and apologized. After telling her how I wanted my hair and specifically telling her I didn't want her to thin it, she asked if she could blend it, I told her as long as she didn't use a thinning sheers at the base she could blend at the ends...started fine, ended badly...she starting chomping away with the shears taking 4-5 inches off in the middle of my hair while she talked with her mother and the two other stylists about her christmas party. VERY unprofessional, very bad hair cut, a total time there for a 20 min hair cut was an hour and 10 min.
I looked the best I have in ten years!. I was very nervous about going to new salon. The girls were very nice and made me feel at home. My hair looked great. I felt like it was the best I've looked in ten years. Thank you for making me look and feel young again!
