Just what we expected!!. We were at the restaurant for our anniversary this past Saturday. Atmosphere was excellent, reminded us of our favorite New York city restaurant. Service was excellent, as was the food. The steaks were cooked perfect and just the right amount so you didn't feel stuffed. The truffled mashed potatoes were beyond compare. Carne Crap. We were visiting the Milwaukee area for Thanksgiving and decided to take in this steakhouse based on the rave reviews. We were less than impressed with the quality of the food. Our steaks were not cooked properly and the sides were lackluster. The menus do not provide proper details on cooking prep and ingredients so you really have no idea what you are ordering. Great food, Good time, Good as it gets.
Carnevor is my new favorite steak house. I'd suggest everyone make their way down to this hot spot at least once. Before you run your mouth
about how pricey the entrees are, you should think about how good of quality food you are receiving in return!

Best steak house in the Milwaukee Area. I am a big fan of steaks, and I'm very picky when it comes to how I like them cooked. This hasn't been my first dining experience at Carnevor, but I've been there a few times in the past, and It's my #1 Steakhouse to come to for a good steak! I'm not from the Milwaukee area, just outside the city, but coming down to Carnevor is definitely worth the drive! The steaks are excellent, and they make sure it's cooked just how you request. The upbeat environment and sociable atmosphere is great!
