Ted, will do anything for anybody , never a problem with Ted always finds a solution!
Took our cell phone in because the
ringer wouldn't work. Tedd said no problem he would fix it using parts he has on hand. Called two weeks later and he lost our phone. Wanted to replace it with another phone. Told him I would have to talk with my husband, and within a couple of hours Tedd called back and said they found our phone. In the process he lost the phone's case - which we had just purchased there two weeks before we brought the phone in for repair. Told him I expected a replacement at his expense, and an hour later he called back to say he found the case. We picked up the phone before they could lose it again - and two weeks later the ringer stopped working again.
More annoying than anything is Tedd's kid -- who keeps running around and getting in customers' way and interrupting other sales people who are dealing with customers.
We now deal with another store.

Ted and the gang are always available to help me keep my bill down and my multiple phones up and running.
They have always taken the time to sort thru my cell services to figure out discounts.
Today they saved me $40 a month!

Ted.... the ultimate Douche. I recently went into phones to own looking to upgrade my two year old blackberry. I am an older business professional who uses my Blackberry for my work e-mail and to check up on sports scores. When I came in, Ted introduced himself and asked what brought me in. I told him I was ready to upgrade to a newer device, and he had the audacity to say "being an old man, with weak eyesight, that a flip phone would be perfect." I immediatly took offence to his suggestion, and informed him I was using a blackberry and wanted to stay with one. He persisted that a phone called the breeze would be the way to go, so I informed him I was leaving. When I was walking out the door, he exclaimed loudly infront of all the customers that if I donate $75 dollars to the Jewish Community Center, he would honor my request for a blackberry at a reduced price. I continued my way out as he ran after me, almost knocking over an african american gentleman walking in the door. After his childish display, I will never come back to his store again. I ended up going to get my phone from another store, and have never been happier

Stay away. Used to be a loyal customer but Tedd sxcks a$$ and rushes customers through transactions without explaining what he's doing. and treats his employees like shxt in front of customers. Great management.
