dirty. I had gone into atomic over the Christmas season when they were running a toys for tats special. I was going to drop off some toys for a gift certificate. When I got there, there was one guy working and he didn't know how the special worked, and I had to wait for his co-worker (who was going to be right back) to come to get me a certificate. I waited about 10 minutes in a dirty waiting room while this guy had some friends visit. I know it isn't the most professional place, but when your shop is that dirty and you don't have any customers, why don't you clean?

So the second guy who did the certificates finally came in and barely said two words to me and gave me the certificates, and then went to talking to the other guys friends. Obviously he wasn't interested in actually doing any work. I didn't try to get his attention back to schedule an appointment. I decided to go somewhere clean where the artists respect their customers.
