overpriced, and below average. seemed like a good choice when searched online and recommended by a friend. drinks were far over priced for the amount actually poured. 8 bucks for a mojito! in an 8 oz glass! please. and after two each, the persons I was with did not even feel any affect. not typical for a good mojito. food was overpriced and mediocre at best, not what I was expecting at all. I was very disappointed. my husband's burger was greasy and pink in the middle. he was actually sick for 3 days. we are not the type to send back food, and we paid the price on this visit to edgar's calypso. should have been a clue to turn around and leave when it was not busy on a saturday night. the best part of the visit was the service. **you do not get what you pay for here!! I will never return again.

Great food, service and decor!. Fun! Great food and service. Food from Jamaica as well as burgers, chicken, barbecue, salmon, salads. Owner has visited Jamaica more than 25 times. He speaks with the guests and visits each table. Decor is colorful and lively with real thatched "roofs" over the tables. Lots of fun and good food.
