No gem nose studs in stock even after I requested this 2 weeks prior to my appointment. I confirmed the day before as well. Very disappointing especially on my birthday. Thankfully Atomic Tattoo was able to take me that same day.

Terrible customer service and sub-par artistry! Me and my friends will not be going there again. While my tattoo turned out nice, it was simple and took little effort. My boyfriend on the other hand got "With great power comes great responsibility" done on his forearm by a guy named Cole last year. The end result is anything but professional. The lettering is uneven, not sharp, and there are various places where he did not fill in ink on his arm. We came in with the font printed out for him so there is no excuse for the lettering being off. I recently left Custom tattoos a message about our experience and asked about getting it fixed but have not heard a response; no "we're sorry", no nothing. This business clearly doesn't care about keeping customers or acknowledging their mistakes. We'll be finding a parlor that doesn't just want our money next time.

Friends tattoo. My friend and I went there "friend got the tattoo". He had the exact picture of what he wanted and knew where he wanted it. It turned out very nice. However the guys seemed high as the big blue sky and they just used a paper towel to cover it. He said he would not go back to get anything. However the artist did what my friend wanted.

I'll be back for more.... This was the cleanest tattoo shop I've ever been to. The people were awesome...made me feel right at home. Greg did an amazing job and I was very happy with my tattoo. I will definitely be coming back to him for more work.
