We had your service 11/28/2012 and were surprised on how fast we could get service. The service men were Very Professional, clean uniforms and very polite and informative.Our carpets of 15 years look Great .I love the deodoriser, you can't tell we have 2 dogs and a cat. I was concerned after reading some reviews about the cost, but what we were quoted is what we paid. Thank You

GREAT JOB CLEANING FURNITURE. The two employees of Stanley Steemer who came to clean our furniture were very pleasant, polite, and did a great job! I was picky and asked for very detailed cleaning. They remained pleasant and spent a long time making sure every little spot was out. I really appreciate their hard work and will call Stanley Steemer again whenever I need furniture or carpet cleaning.

Great Job with cleanning my carpets. It was easy to schedule an appointment, through the Stanley Steamer website. There were two men who came from the store in New Berlin, WI. They came within the 4 hr window, which was promised. They worked efficiently and asked which furniture I would like moved. They had me inspect every area, before they moved on to the next one. The carpeting looks great and dried quickly. My only irritation was that they tried to sell upholstery cleaning, scotchguarding, spot cleaner, area rugs etc. That can really add to the bill. I would recommend them to my friends.
