My hair went from blond to gray!. I tried Ursula's because they were written up in milwaukee mag as a top 10 salon and I needed someone who could take my hair from really blond to a couple shades darker. I told them this on the phone and we agreed that I needed a more experienced (expensive) technician and the appointment was made. After almost three hours of her not being able to get the color to take, she said it was done and I was charged $170 for JUST the hair color! I was told on the phone the cost for her services would be $110 INCLUDING a hair cut. The technician said she was having trouble getting the color to stay but somehow I was sold that it was done and okay. I let two days go by so I could look at it in a variety of lighting and it was indeed gray. I couldn't believe it! Finally I called (I hate having to do this) and made an appointment to come back and have them fix it. They had one time I could which was this morning (Saturday) so I took it. Unfortunately, my roof starting leaking and I had to have that repairs and called to reschedule this appointment. It was only at that time they informed me that they had to have me come today or they wouldn't be able to varify the color was bad. I however am leaving for a trip for 10 days and wanted to reschedule for when I returned. If they had told me when I first called that I would have to get in to see them within 10 days of the problem, I would have insisted they find a sooner appointment than the day before I leave for a trip. They did not tell me this "rule" and now are saying that they can't verify the color issue when I return from my trip. I was so frustrated that they could only offer me one appointment time to fix this and since I can't make it now, I will not be able to get this fixed. It's enough that I actually have to go back when I spent $200 (w/tip) for just the hair color! But now I won't even be getting it fixed and will find another place and spend more money. I couldn't be more disappointed and angry.

A Great Find. I first heard of Urszulsa's when they put on a fashion show at the MOCT bar. I was totally impressed with the variety of styles and cuts

they even do extensions! The up-dos even looked really modern. I made an appointment with Amy and I was extremely pleased with the results. I could not tell her exactly what I wanted but she interpreted what I said and gave me a color and cut that I have been getting a ton of compliments on. Urszulsa's has a very homey and laid-back feel, no one here is pretentious. Everyone is very nice and its worth the drive. (They also offer lemonade, cappuccino, coffee and cookies during your visit.) They also have a ton of products for sale which was convenient for me. A hidden treasure def. recommended.

more than it is!. The colorist needed to ask 3 people how to color my hair. Which turned out below what all 4 advisors recommended. For the advertising all they offer you is water and regular coffee, which is ok for your average down the street hair salon. No one was at the nail chair. I had a totally unpleasant experience for near 200.00.
