Good Beer, served with a Bad Attitude.
I am from Milwaukee and brought several guests to Sugar Maple. It is true that they have a good beer selection and my guests were pleased.
After sitting down, one guest approached the bar for a glass of water, and upon her return shared that the barfender had been really rude to her.
We blew it off, but later, we were talking and tossing some coasters on a chair at our table (and then picking them up), and the rude bartender came out from the bar and started to yell at us that we were all children and should f-ing grow up. We were all shocked, and apologized for being silly, but we didn't think we deserved such an outburst.
We attempted to complain, (what I said was that the rude bartender should probably not talk with customers because he must be having a bad night), but instead of being agreed with, we were told we deserved it and that they were sick of people acting stupid. WOW. We left without finishing our beers.
Don't go to Sugar Maple unless you want raunchy attitude served with your microbrew.
