Customers are kings. I’ve been to the Branded Steer several times. The location is convenient, but I prefer it to the other restaurants in the area because of its menu and prices. In general, it has good American Cuisine with a tex-mex flair at reasonable prices ($8-$20 for dinner) The menu is large and varied with daily specials.

What impressed me most about the restaurants, however, was their customer service. I was taking my one-year-old out to meet family there and I wanted to know what he could eat, so I called to ask if the restaurant had bananas. The woman who answered the phone said they did not, but she said she would get them for me.

That’s what I call good customer service.
