Skipped Town to avoid charges.
This "doctor" skipped town in 2009, leaving her patients wondering what happened. She did this to avoid the malpractice suits, yes multiple suits, her patients were rapidly filing.
I personally was told that I have Ankylosing Spondylitis. I do not, but after the course of medications she put me on, I developed anorexia, sensitivity to the sun, constant respiratory infections and major depression, because I thought I had a deadly disease.
DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! She is now in New Hampshire. For your own sake, avoid her!
