Only Bad Results. Lender Preferred Appraisals Company just did an appraisal on our house and let me tell you it did not work out the way we wanted to. Waste of money and time. Bought our house less than a year ago and wanted to refinance the appraisal came back $10,000 less than we paid for the house a couple months ago and $20,000 less than the house was reassessed through the city all comps were not to comparable but were around $120 per square foot and our house came in at about $107 per square foot. So if you are looking for a good solid appraisal my suggestion would be keep looking.
