Bob Is one of the best!. I have known Bob for years. he is authorized with four or five brands of TV's. He has done work for myself and people I know. He has been in business in Madison,Wi. and Sun Prairie Wi. In the past he was a test & repair engineer of Industrial computers. He has programmed and built test rigs to test video and computer boards. Flat panel TV repair would be a piece of cake for him. Compared what he has done in the past. Any negative reviews about him would have to be from one of his competitors or some uninformed Idiot!

Time to retire. This guy is clueless when it comes to flat panel TV repair.

I am a computer programmer and even I could see that this guys day has gone by.

While trying to give me an estimate he had problems operating my TV controls and his analysis was vague and he did not seem sure of himself.

Hard to trust someone when they do not trust themselves.

His store was like walking into a time warp you see in the movies. Reminded me of my Grampas garage.
