I decided to take my new puppy there due to recommendations from 2 friends. My puppy had a bad diarrhea problem that they told me would "just go away" on its own, however when it did not they resorted to experimenting with different drugs and expensive blood tests hoping it would take care of the problem. I was very patient with them and accepting of their instructions and eventually, the diarrhea got under control after several visits and much $$$ (but never completely gone). They actually accused me of over reacting to my dog having diarrhea that lasted for weeks! The doctor I dealt with had a do-not-care attitude and was only concerned with getting me out the door. With the exception of the receptionist America and one of the techs (can't remember her name) the staff is unfriendly and did not appear to want my business. I will not be going back and would not recommend anyone who cares about his/her pet there.
