Joe is the best insurance agent I have ever worked with. He is courteous and very efficient - he listened to what our needs were and responded accordingly. We were able to get 10 times the coverage at a lower price! I am disappointed that we didn't switch earlier. I would highly recommend him to others - his customer service is excellent!

I had an appointment at 7:30 PM, yes they met that late with me. They found out I was paying $145 per month with Progressive for the 25/50 coverage. With Farmers I am paying $86 for 500/500 coverage which is 20 times the amount I had with Progressive. It makes me feel great my agent has staff in the office until 8:30 every night and does a great job. I went into his office and he has won many awards with Farmers. I can tell why! Great prices, great coverage, and he takes care of his clients!

Joe saved us over $900 for the year on our insurance. He gives his cell phone number to all of his clients if you need to get a hold of him. That is something you don't see anymore. Great price and even better customer service.

I work for Wells Fargo in South West Wisconsin. Joe has helped at least 50 of my clients in the last 3 years and has saved them a whole lot of money. He really does the right thing for his clients as well. I have sent quite a few friends and family members to him as well. He insures me, my mother, my brother, and even uncle. He insures people all over the State of Wisconsin too. He does a really really good job. Go see him today. He has a really nice office too.

My husband and I came to Joe about 4 months ago. He saved us over $1100 for our 3 autos and home owners insurance. Joe is very knowledgable about insurance and his staff was super friendly too. I got quotes with over 5 different companies and Joe and Farmers was cheaper by over $700. Since joining Farmers I have sent 3 different family members to him and he has saved them all money and actually added better coverage too. Thanks Farmers! Thanks Joe!

Chop-shop insurance agency. They slap a quote together and then forget about you. PUSHY, LAME, and RUDE sales techniques. Joe is a glorified telemarketer. (No disrespect to telemarketers out there doing their job). SAVE YOURSELF from this agency. There is plenty of agents that care about every single client they have.

After I found a better agent and Insurance plan, I cancelled with Joseph Hoell agency. He called me back and said I can get you a better price now. Of course not before trying another LAME retention technique of "In order to compete your cancellation you have to call me back" ( so I can try to pitch you)...followed by "what price did you end up paying?"

Anyways this place is terrible.

Remember you are the client and deserve to be treated with respect
