this place is the seventh ring of hell!. Should I start with the employees? They seem incompetent at worst, disinterested at best.

I swear this place seems like the hub of all homeless activity in the Milwaukee area. Nothing like getting begged for change while making copies. The place smells like booze, must, and feet. If it was turned into a plasma collection center or a check cashing store it would be an improvement to the site.
