No Complaints Here!!. I have taken both of our household's vehicles to the Sears Auto Center at Bayshore for new tires and other various service needs. The staff there remember me and have always been very friendly and courteous. Sometimes it does get busy, but I would assume because of the convenience of: #1 Being attached to a busy shopping center and #2 They take their customers first-come first-serve. I purchased new tires last week on my wife's car and they said it would be 3-4 hours before it would be ready (every bay in their shop was full). So I took in a movie, bowled a few games and did a little shopping and the car was ready when I returned. @WhiteCat I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but I've been taking my vehicle in every 6-8K miles for tire rotations (free) and am usually in & out in a very timely manner. I would recommend this Sears Auto Center to anyone in the NorthShore area!!

Highly Disappointed. I took my car here for a simple oil change and ended up waiting for 3 hours! I have never seen people move so slow at their place of employment. When I was in the waiting room watching them "work", only one person was working on a vehicle and the other four workers were standing around chatting or watching that one person work. ALSO, I had them replace my windshield wipers, and while they were putting the new windshield wipers on they managed to put a huge (2 ft long) scratch in my windshield. I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!! Don't take your vehicle here!
