This was the worst color I have ever received and the Creative DIrector level colorist did not know what she was doing. I went in for highlights which turned orange, and when I asked for my money back the manager said I had to have the color fixed at the salon. She would not give me my money back. Please, please do not use this salon, you will be sorry.
