I went there to get a perm, it was a year since my last one. I got highlights 10 months ago and I was told by the stylist that she was not comfortable doing another perm with the highlights still in the hair. Saying something that it might react with the chemicals left from the highlights. I dont see how highlights given 10 MONTHS ago could affect the perm. I contact other salons to set up an apt to get a perm anyway and they laughed when I told them this story. They said she should go back to school! Too expensive to trust when they dont know what they're doing....
Cons: I cant trust my hair with them anymore
