This payless is outstandingly organized. I've been to many, but this one takes the cake. The racks are so neatly stocked, and the shoes are all in order the way they are supposed to be. This is a relatively busy store, and it is always looking immaculate. The prices can't be beat, and the quality of the shoes are always good.

The new line of purses is great, also. They have a lot of different styles and sizes.

They also have the dyable shoes.
