Brew City has always been a favorite of ours, so we tried the new location, May 20th. The warm, inviting, fun atmosphere from the old location was replaced by a pristine, cold, bright, snooty atmosphere. The menu has changed, before diners could get an assorted platter of the bar-be-que meats. Remember Brew City is a bar-be-que restaurant, well not anymore, you don't even get bar-be-que sauce with your meals. You get 'AUS JUS' with brisket?? And, the brisket was absolutely all 'fat'-awful! Also, a 'bar-be-que' place should have good ribs, too. No the ribs were dry and bland and for the 'meal' you got about 5 or 6 ribs. A rib meal is a slab, unless otherwise stated. Needless to say, that will be the last time my family goes to Brew City. Once again, the old saying goes, "If It's Not Broken, Don't Fix It!"

when the table get pulled to make the dance floor this great restruant turns in to a great bar scene, with its outdoor beer garden and street vender like outdoor bar its a lot of fun. And the noon lunches are great, sit outside if the weather is nice and go back at night to see a great Milwaukee bar.
Pros: location, foods great

We went there this last Friday. It was the worst fish fry I have ever had! My husband did enjoy his dinner of beef brisket but at $14 he should have!

After a couple of changes, Brew City may have finally gotten it right. It's a fun, energetic place to start out a night. The food was excellent and the servers looked like they were having fun. It's also my new favorite place to catch the Sunday games. It has a great sports bar feel and a huge screen TV. Overall, my experiences there have been more than satisfactory.
Pros: decent prices, high-energy, lots of room

The service was terrible and the food was less that good. First, it took the waiter forever to bring us our drinks. Next he took the food to the wrong table. He took it to the table next to ours and offered no apology. Waitress who brought me soup spilled it on me. Never once checked on us to see how our food was. Were there for nearly 2 hrs waiting for our food, while gropus of 4 or 5 who got there well after us were leaving well before us. Overall, it was a terrible dinning experience and I won't go back!
