Not Reliable

I am in full swing in planning my wedding, and was most excited about meeting with a florist, but when I met with a Florist from Buds By Brenda I was not inpressed.When My Fiance and I met with the florist we were told that we would get our quote via email with in a few days, and so I waited and waited and after about 1 month still nothing not even a phone call. So I called him and was assured I'd receive the quote that day. But still to this day nearly 3 months later I have nothing. Not even a phone call! If your looking for a RELIABLE Florist for your wedding look somewere else. You have enough stress, a unprofessional florist should not be more.

If you want to WOW her with beautiful flowers

I have never had a bad experience with Buds. I have been a long time customer before I got married. They did our flowers for our wedding, got some awesome compliments from our guests. Buds really knows customer service and are always friendly.

Buds Good - but Problematic:

A group of people from my floor at work - Northwestern Mutual - ordered three bouquets of flowers for Administrative Asst Day this week. The flowers came - they were absolutely beautiful. Two bouquets were identical - but the third was a bit smaller and less exotic flowers. They had been delivered late in the day. I came in very early the following morning and found in both of the larger bouquets - the hydrangeas were dead. I called Buds by Brenda - and they assured me they would send out two more flowers - one for each bouquet. At the end of the day - they came. By then the other hydrangeas were dying - and this morning I came in and BOTH of the NEW hydrangeas were deader than a doorknob. I feel like calling again - but feel like I cant. I would order again - but I would certainly ask about the Hydrangeas!!

• Cons: Never saw a problem like this with Hydrangeas

Perfect

A co-worker of mine received a dozen peach roses, they were absolutely beautiful. They were all open and looked absolutely perfect. I have never seen a more beautiful arrangement and roses that open. I would and have recommend this place to everyone.
